At Origin at Seahaven, parking is included with the resort fee. At Majestic Beach Resort, parking is $40 per stay. One parking pass is available per condo.

Majestic Beach Resort condos have an in-unit washer and dryer. Our Origin at Seahaven condos do not have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Beach chair availability varies by condo. Origin units 809 and 1225 include seasonal beach chair and umbrella service. All other condos begin the season with 2 chairs in the rooms. If they are still there on your arrival we cannot guarantee. At Majestic there is a Beach Chair service that you can call and arrange for setup on the beach.

Yes. All of our condos have private balconies where you can relax and enjoy the Panama City Beach atmosphere.

All Majestic Beach Resort condos and Origin unit 1108 have full kitchens. Our Origin studio units feature convenient kitchenettes. Both full kitchens and kitchenettes are stocked with basic cooking and dining essentials, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Yes. All of our condos have a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee before heading to the beach.

Yes. Majestic Beach Resort has two indoor and two outdoor pools. Origin at Seahaven has an outdoor resort-style pool.

Pier Park is approximately 5 minutes from Origin at Seahaven and about 12–15 minutes from Majestic Beach Resort, depending on traffic.

Our Majestic Beach Resort condos are directly beachfront. Origin at Seahaven is located directly across Front Beach Road from the Gulf with convenient beach access.

Majestic is directly beachfront with multiple pools and additional resort amenities, while Origin at Seahaven is across Front Beach Road from the Gulf and is only about 5 minutes from Pier Park.
